I did request a sheet to fit the master bed. The housekeeper brought a sheet with a hole the size of baseball in it, we pointed it out and she said yeah we ran out of sheets. She put the fitted sheet on and left the rest for us. Are you kidding me? You can't make this stuff up. Terrible rental company. Also one bar of soap, not enough towels for my family, had to wash towels daily. If you are going to stay in a luxurious place, do not rent from this company. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Oh one last thing, elevators to our property rarely worked and stairs were locked. Our neighbor called to complain and they were told the stairs were for emergencies. She even told them she could not get to her property. Seems this company is run on a shoestring budget.
We stayed in a gorgeous property in Seaside, Florida. We were super disappointed in Sunburst. We arrived to sand on the floors, a queen size fitted sheet barely covering our king size bed, rice krispy treat wrapper and sand and someone's pj's in the pullout sleeper, applesauce container under a chair, gummy bear stuck to the floor, someone's sock in the dryer, dirty dishes that had been put back in the cabinet as well as silverware........ I called and she asked if I wanted someone to come rectify the situation......pretty sure you can't take back the fact that my family used dirty dishes and I had already cleaned the place (both floors).
Company has many nice options in the 30A area. They have homes, condos, etc. Great company to work with.
Sunburst is everything I love in the human race. A pleasure from Alpha to Omega.
Exactly what my brother said, we loved every minuet of it, The one and ONLY thing I must warn renters about and this has NOTHING to due with the rental company is that trash pick up is on Monday and Thursday. Make sure your trash is out the night before, the trash company runs at odd times!
Absolutely lovely and charming home, much larger than it looks. Very well equipped with everything. There was not one time we cooked and was in need of something that wasn't there. Very clean and well appointed, the staff at Sunburst is wonderful and more than accommodating, the pool is the perfect size with a lovely patio and table and chairs. Plenty of parking (we had 2 full size SUV's and a 6 passenger golf cart, never had to move one to get one or the other out of the way. All the appliances were very up to date, there wasn't a single thing that needed updating or maintenance.
