This store is amazing to say the least. The inventory and displays are always top notch. The owner strives very hard to see that customers needs are met. I am honestly surprised with the two bad reviews. There is no doubt the owner would have made things right had you addressed them with her. A poor rating and bashing on social media is obviously not the solution. Please take a moment to talk with the owner. I am certain you will change your impression of this store. Anytime you take over a new business there are hiccups.
I have previously had good experiences purchasing from Resort Resale, but understand it was recently sold. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone and when they have called, they leave no message.
Dumbfounded at my response from this place. Makes me wonder how responsive they would be if my place furniture there for consignment.
Rude! I've never been laughed at by a retail manager for asking to negotiate on 2 pieces of clearly worn furniture. I was also met a "nice try". I work too hard for my money! No worries, plenty of furniture stores in the area to go to!
