Very happy with the support and price of Furniture South. Our designer Becky was always responsive and provided us with a lot of help for us being out of town. We had a issue with a floor project after the fact ( 6 months ) and she answered our concerns right away and coordinated with supplier to have the issue corrected in a very professional way. I will definitely use Furniture South services again.
Furniture South has beautiful furniture, great prices and wonderful service! Becky was amazing! She helped us put everything together to achieve the look we were going for. Everything was delivered exactly when she said that it would be. Highly recommended!
Honestly I would not recommend. Our sales consultant came out to our house, took her time coming up with great idea. She told us it would take a couple of day, after a week, did not hear from her. I called and she gave me a excuse there was no power, hello, then call your customer and give her an update. So with that being said, we canceled part of our order because we couldn't wait any longer for her furniture, but she said she would still give us an estimate for some other items. Well, that was back in May and I still have not heard from her. Sorry lady, but you lost out on a huge sale.

Recently we remodeled and expanded a home in Seacrest Beach, FL. We purchased all of our furniture from Furniture South and Becky Wetzler was our designer. I cannot begin to say enough good things about our experience. We had to do everything over e-mail/phone since we live in TN. Becky was great. She was patient and listened to our feedback during the selection process. Our construction took longer than anticipated and we could not be here for the furniture delivery and setup. Not only did Becky personally get everything where we wanted it but she also hung artwork, put out lamps, etc. and helped us find someone to hang blinds, closet shelves, and cabinet knobs. She oversaw all of the extra work to make sure our home was ready to go. We had a great experience with Furniture South and Becky and will definitely use them in the future!
