As a nervous patient, I can say that Dr. O’Donnell and his staff put me at ease. They are friendly, professional and easy to deal with. Going to the dentist isn’t my favorite thing to do so getting my first implant wasn’t something I was excited about. I anticipated a difficult journey and a permanent tooth that wasn’t exactly right but would do, luckily I was wrong. Dr. O’Donnell rarely left me waiting and made the process as easy as it could get. Plus, out of the two of us, and as it should be, the Dr. was the one who was the perfectionist. He made several corrections where as most would have just said good enough. I even said good enough with the temporary alone! The building and office are clean and beautiful. Make sure to check out the top floor deck, the view is great! I’d say I’m very happy with my experience and will fortunately (and unfortunately ha ha) be back soon!
