Very thorough and caring. My son cant wait to go back. That should be a sure sign of our experience. Thank you to all the staff.
The wait staff is very unprofessional! I can't believe they treat people so horrible. My experience was terrible.....

The wait staff is vulgar. I brought my niece to an appointment, and I asked how long it would be they said 10 minutes or so. Since they have so many signs in the waiting room about no cell phones I stepped outside and the lady chased me down and was so rude telling me to return to the waiting room and then staring at my license plate before we entered the building. I am not from here and do not know if there are other dentists in the area but as an Aunt, who was just bringing my niece to an appointment, I am disappointed with the service and would recommend using another dentist in the area, unless you like to be treated poorly. There is also a lady in the waiting room who just finished a cancer treatment which made her lethargic and she asked if she could sit in her vehicle parked right in front of the doors and the front desk lady very rudely said no and treated her unfairly. Just genuinely disappointed in this business.
After leaving this review, the staff waited approximately three months then sent my sister a letter saying they could not longer see my niece and nephew as patients as they did not like receiving a poor review for the terrible business practices. Please, people, do not give this business any attention they are highly disrespectful, and I do not throw accusations around lightly.
Beware! Very unprofessional took my son there he had some work done 1st time seeing a dentist he's 8 . After the work being done he started running extremely high fever doctor said it could be caused by bacteria etc from the dental work I called told them to put it in his records and to let them know.what did they do??? Sent me a letter saying they wouldn't see him anymore!!! Not call and ask about him nothing!!! Be very cautious they don't care about their patients!!!!!
Just left and everyone was great with my son. Very pleased and thankful to everyone who offers there service here.
