Over the top friendly and great service. Rain came on our last day and they came and picked up the bikes so we wouldn't get soaked. Very cool
We had left a strap to my bike rack in the basket of one of the bikes we rented. Not only did they find it once I called them the next day but they mailed it to our home so that our bike rack wasn't missing a strap. That was great customer care! Thanks 30A Bike Rentals... we will certainly be back.
Friendly service. Very helpful with getting my daughter a bike to ride on vacation. I would definitely rent from them again and recommend them to others. They also have bikes with training wheels, which most don't have in the area.
