In the past, delivery was prompt, usually arriving more quickly than the time they quoted. My last two orders have taken much longer than the time quoted. When I call back, I am told the driver is on his way, then am called by the driver who says, "Ten more minutes." I have had it with this restaurant. It's a shame, because the food is good.
My niece and I ordered dinner was told it would be an hour. Well after almost 3 hours later and several phone calls telling us each time the driver was 10 minutes away we finally got our meal with and discount of a whopping $3.00 out of a $30.00 bill and when we disputed the the bill it was pretty much take it or leave it next time we will leave it. If it haven't been due to a sick child we would have told him to take the food back. Where did good old fashioned customer service go to?
Good food. I have experienced long delivery times myself but thats because of busy season usually, so I usually choose to pick up the food. Its always piping hot and great when I pick it up. I would recommend going here
I was told 45mins - 1hr for delivery. After 1.5hrs I called to request an estimated UPDATED time of delivery which was now 15 minutes extra. I called again 20 minutes later, which was an extra 15 minutes. 15 minutes later she said she would call us back. OVER TWO AND A HALF HOURS and we still had to pay full price minus the delivery fee of $5. The worst part is I am a local. They could have had a great customer, but instead a negative taste.
I tried ordering dinner for our family of three stress free by ordering from Chop Stix tonight after a long day with a sick little one.
Extremely disappointed in this place as multiple people highly recommend this place Person on the phone had no people skills, never asked normal delivery questions like a phone number to call if there is an issue.. or if we needed anything else when we were done with our order. Never told how long it would be to even be delivered.. after an hour after placing the order for delivery, we called to ask about the status of eta. The person on the phone said "The driver is on the way ." 30 more minutes go by and we call again.. as the palce is only listed as roughly a 9 minute drive away from the place we are staying. The person on the phone said hold on let me call the driver, and hung up the phone. The woman calls back to give us the drivers number and said to "call him." We call the driver and he says he is at our place outside. We look and he is not. He says he's in his car... Excuse me that were we supposed to know you were here for delivery when you're just sitting in your car. We ask what kind of car and color he says he does not know. We ask him to describe where he is. He says a name of a different building. We explain he is at the wrong building and tell him our building name. He replies with the other building name and says "I can't find you." This driver made us go out in a thunderstorm to find him and another building not near ours. Then said "you get 5 dollar discount and 10% off next time you order." We will never be ordering again from here and advise you to do the same. The rice was dry, the four tube cookies were stale, and the sweet and sour sauce was spilled all over the bag. The woman on the phone said when we we ordered that one combo meal feeds three people. It barely fed one.
