Got notification from Amazon that something I ordered had been delivered, however, it had not. Called the Santa Rosa Post Office, which I was dreading because of past incidents, got Brian on the phone, explained the problem and to make a long story short, he located my package and it was in my possession before our conversation ended. You can't ask for better service than that! Thank you!

Renting a place. Didn't have key to mailbox. Letter carrier made special trip to retrieve item and delivered to front door even though I said I would pick up at office. Went the extra mile
Phones always busy. These jerks have my package and have just been holding it there without sending to my post office. If I could get through to the phone line it wouldn't be so bad. Lazy employees probably just take it off the hook the moment the office opens
