Our mover was further assisted with the help of Terri, who stayed beyond normal hours to assist him with the move in. This was special treatment he had never before experienced. He too gave the most glowing report of the service which he experienced. He said he has seen many facilities across the country and this facility is the most courteous and conscientious one that he has had to work with in his many years of moving.
We met Terri, the manager, in the front office who was very cordial and helpful with our need for a climate controlled unit. She showed us the unit, it was clean and comfortable. The rental process was fast and efficient. Terri treated us with a high level of courtesy which we found refreshing and reassuring.
