I can't really rate their work because I can't even get a quote from them. I asked for one over a week ago and Jeff Cooper never even bothered to get back to me even though I spoke with him and left my phone number. When I called him I was told "I got a BIG job, sorry I can't spend my time on smaller ones". So unless you have a BIG EXPENSIVE job don't even bother calling him. Personally if I ever do have a BIG EXPENSIVE job I will NOT be calling someone who cannot be bothered to even return my call.
