Was not told my first visit was with a P.A. I have no problem seeing a P.A., but the doctor should meet the patient he is caring for at least once. And I should be told I am seeing a P.A.when the appointment is made. Doctor's response to this was to explain to me that he meets more of his patients than any doctor in the area. I am now seeing Dr. Abrasely who meets all of his patients each visit.
I was a new patient who had an appointment at 1:15. I got there early with the intention of having to fill out new patient forms. I stood outside the door from 1230 till door opened at 1pm. All while staring at a receptionist who blew me off when I asked if I could just come inside and sit in the waiting area.
