Not a hateful review and most likely not the normal experience they provide, but today (8/19/17) I stopped by at about 1:30 p.m. Two guys, one bearded, one not, were hosing off a Prius sitting in line in front of me. Neither employee made eye contact with me although both had to be aware I was there since only about ten feet separated my car from the white Prius. Both employees started scrubbing the car in front of me and did so for a few minutes. Still no acknowledgement of my existence. Now the two employees walk over to the hose and the bearded employee starts rinsing off the Prius. Again, I am so close that suds are landing on my hood. The employees chat amongst themselves and a third employee walks out and does something with the driver's side of the Prius. This employee also doesn't even look at me. Now that a minimum of five minutes has passed with no one caring to pay attention, I decide to back out of line while the three employees are still acting oblivious to a customer's existence. As I drive out onto 98 I notice that not one of them has even looked over to acknowledge the lost revenue that just drove away. This review is not to hurt the company as I don't know any of the employees or management, but hopefully the owner will see it and be able to correct the lacking customer skills that were on display today.
Went in on April 1st for the manager's special. Was so impressed I gave the interior crew a $10 tip. My Outback with 40k miles - having spent 9 weeks in Fla at beaches, state parks, etc., looks brand new!! They even did my floor mats, including the storage area. WOW!!!

Great deal. On weekdays, 9 to 4 I enjoy a free prep before driving through the touchless wash. Reasonably priced, dependable, open 24/7. As a chauffeur I've used them 2 - 3 times a week for years.
Great attention to detail, didn't feel like they were just trying to turn tables(cars). Fantastic service my new go to place.
