Van wouldn't start. After getting my van jumped I made it over to John John's. Immediately they checked my battery and alternator and within 15 minutes they had me back on the road. The battery price was exactly the price I had anticipated I'm very satisfied!

Exceptional service, more than fair pricing, and just downright nice people to deal with! They were very informative and helpful which is rare to find these days. I will definitely take my vehicle to them from here on out and recommend them highly to others!

My 2002 Volkswagen broke down while I was on vacation in the Destin area. Even though John John’s could not repair my car because only VW dealerships had the appropriate tools, they were very very helpful. CJ was great and offered me much advice on what was needed to get My car going again. I would be more than happy to take any car to them for repair work

Let me just start off by saying I would have honestly rather been robbed at gunpoint than dealing with these people. Staff was rude, unhelpful, and difficult. Car was totaled while on vacation and was sent to these people. Would not release my vehicle over the weekend, but still charged me for storage. When asked if there was a salvage yard around was told they weren't familiar with the area... Even though website says they have been in business for over 30 years. Finally got a hold of someone to get my car, because I was 800 miles away back home before I could get anywhere with these people. I was told I had to pay my bill before the salvage yard could pick it up. When I got all the released done I called to pay my bill. It was at this point after 3 days of talking to them that they told me I could only pay cash. From 800 miles away. The website says the take cards, cash, and check, but when asked they told me it was not acceptable payment for storage fees. Finally found someone to wire cash to that would go pay the bill. When she paid for it they did not have change so she had to go get change and bring it back to them. The absolute worst experience of my life. I'm surprised when she went to pay that they didn't say they only accepted cash that was printed before 1796. A constant runaround happened to me. Don't take my experience look at their reviews.

Yesterday I made a post here about my recent experience dealing with John-Johns. In my post I stated that if I were to get a positive call from them I would retract my review. I have done so after speaking with Jeff from John-Johns. I will admit I’m still not completely satisfied with what all went on. There is always 3 sides to every story, yours, mine and the truth. I still feel there were some things and charges that could have been avoided if there had been a little bit better job of communicating with me just what all was going on with my truck. It is my understanding they are in agreement with this. I still believe there were some things that did not have to be done but it was their opinion these things needed to be done. I feel I should have had the option to make that choice. Again, communication gap. Jeff expressed his apologies and assured me this is something they would work on for future clients. I did name an employee in my previous review ( Sam ) whom I had spoke with. To Sam I will say I did not then or now hold any remorse with you personally. I fully understand you are an employee and not the owner of this business. If I offended you, please accept my sincere apologies for I was not taking a shot at you personally. I can only hope and pray good things will come out of this experience not only for myself but for John-Johns. Maybe a lesson learned for everyone.
