Great service and delicious food. Our waiter was fairly new but seemed like a seasoned crew member. He was very attentive and courteous. The food was amazing. I had the fish tacos and my wife had the lunch seafood platter. The prices were great. We will be eating there again before we leave this week.
This place was incredible. The service was quick and kind. The food was amazing. Even the coleslaw felt elevated without the elevated price. It felt homey and local, quiet. One of the best crabcakes I've ever had.
Yummy lunch after a morning on the beach! The "small" seafood platter was huge! She crab soup was amazing! Crab cake stack had such incredible flavors. Great service. Reasonable price. We will be back.
Stopped to get oysters during their 2-4p happy hour special. Walked in at 354p with my group of 7 people. Were told we had to order from the bar. No issues with that as we were going to have a drink too. Went straight to the bartender, who told me her clock said 4pm on her register and could no longer offer the special. We all looked at our phones and saw it was now 355p. Showed our phone clocks and she replied that their clocks run a little fast, sorry bet we missed it. I asked for a manager, who was busy. Lady at the front desk said, sorry we only go off our clocks. Were told we could try back another day. So we left. They probably lost couple hundred bucks in business as we planned to stay for dinner. It wasn't even the missing of the special, it was the response we received when questioning the "clock". First impressions Lost us. Suggestion.... Either adjust your clock, change your sign to 155-355p or remember the principle........the customer may not always right but they are the judge and the jury.
Decided to check this place out after the good reviews on TripAdvisor. The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly, it's the off season so there was no wait. Had fried crab claws for an appetizer, they were okay. Not the best I've had, but not the worst. For dinner, had the fried seafood platter. Again, it was just "OK", the fish was the best part, but all of it was cooked too long. Also ordered a side of fries, and the fries were the best part of my meal. I usually order steamed seafood as fried tends to mask the flavor and ends up all tasting the same. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. Unfortunately, there are too many options in this area to give it another shot.
